Almond acid is one of the AHA acids (alpha - hydroxy acids). Gently exfoliates the skin, rejuvenates and does not cause irritation. It is excellent for complexion with problems. Apply to the skin to even out its color and stimulate regeneration. The treatment of exfoliating the skin with mandelic acid makes the complexion is lighter, more tense, smoother and better moisturized, it has narrowed pores. In the case of acne skin, seborrhea decreases. Almond acid works more strongly than glycolic acid, however it has larger particles and slows into the skin more slowly, which means that it does not cause redness or irritation.
How it works?

Almond acid acts in the stratum corneum of the skin. It loosens the connections between the cells of the epidermis and cellular cement. As a result of this action, exfoliation of the superficial layer of callous cells takes place. The peeling is delicate, but causes a visible brightening effect. Discovered with the help of mandelic acid, young cells absorb the applied cosmetics better. That is why almond peeling combines with skin moisturizing preparations. Depending on the requirements and needs of the skin, you can combine almond acid in one treatment, example with pyruvic (antibacterial) and with microdermabrasion.
Who is almond acid for?
Exfoliation with mandelic acid is recommended especially for problematic complexions: sensitive, vascular, mixed and acne. It is also very good for mature skin. Almond acid combines gentle action with effectiveness. After treatment with almond acid, the condition of sensitive skin improves, which stops responding so turbulent to external factors. With acne skin, seborrhea decreases and dry changes. Mature skin becomes brighter, tighter and better moisturized. The skin of each type is clearly smoothed and brightened. Peeling with almond acid is also effective at removing shallow discolorations, example after acne or sunburn (provided that they are not hormonal discolorations).
What is the treatment with mandelic acid?
Already after the first peeling of the skin with almond acid you can see the effect. But it's best to do a series of six treatments one week apart. Such a treatment will make the result, that is, lightening and renewing the skin, shrinking the enlarged pores and reducing seborrhoea, evening out the color and moisturizing the skin will last for a long time. Exfoliating with almond acid is worth doing twice a year. During the treatment and two or three weeks after you are not allowed to sunbathe, use the solarium, and if you go out into the sun you need to use creams with a filter of at least 25 SPF.
Carboxytherapy is a procedure that allows you to quickly and effectively get rid of stretch marks, cellulite and improve the overall appearance of the skin. Thanks to the carboxytherapy treatment, the skin is rejuvenated and fresh.
Indications
Carboxytherapy involves the introduction of carbon dioxide under the skin layer, which is designed to compensate for deformed sites. The main indications for carrying out carboxytherapy are:
- lack of skin firmness;
- stretch marks;
- cellulite;
- hair loss;
- fat reduction;
- drooping eyelids;
- circulatory disorders;
- dark circles under the eyes;
- unsightly scars;
- psoriasis.
Carboxytherapy not only improves the overall appearance of the skin, but is a painless and fast procedure.
Contraindications
Treatments can not be performed by women who:
- they are pregnant;
- they are struggling with cancer;
- they have inflammation of the skin around the treated areas;
- they suffer from chronic heart and lung diseases.
Before the procedure, a person carrying out carboxytherapy should be informed about any diseases or ailments.
Description of the procedure

There is no need to prepare for carboxytherapy in any way. Carboxy- dia involves applying carbon dioxide under the skin using specialized equipment. The propagation of carbon dioxide under the skin can cause discomfort and "spreading" of the skin. The gas spreads very quickly through all tissues. The duration of the procedure depends on the surface of the skin to be treated. Minimizing wrinkles under the eyes takes a few minutes, while reducing cellulite in a specific place about 15 minutes.
For the treatment to yield spectacular results, it should be performed in several series, preferably once a week. Sometimes the effect can be seen after just one treatment, it all depends on the condition of the skin and whether the treatment involves large parts of the body.
Proceeding after the procedure
After the treatment of carboxyterpia, the creams recommended by a specialist should be applied to the skin. Physical activity after the procedure should be kept to a minimum, and the use of swimming pools and saunas is prohibited up to two days after the procedure. If after bruising you can smear the area with a vitamin C agent.
Cavitation peeling is a procedure performed using ultrasounds, which improves the overall appearance of the skin. It is mainly used for non-touch and painless cleansing of the face and body and for the introduction of active ingredients contained in cosmetics into the skin. Removing dirt and dead cells is safe. During the procedure, we only feel delicate vibrations.
Contraindications

Cavitation peeling is designed for all skin types. It does not harm the skin delicate, sensitive and thin, prone to irritation and dilated capillaries. It also works well for acne and oily skin. In addition, the treatment can be performed not only on the face, but also on the back and cleavage.
This does not mean, however, that cavitation peeling is suitable for everyone. Pregnant women, people with cancer, having a pacemaker or braces (and other metal foreign bodies) should give up on it. Contraindications also include: heart failure, febrile states, osteoporosis, thrombophlebitis, sensory disorder, tuberculosis and blood coagulation disorders.
The course of the procedure
Before peeling, we have to take off the jewelry and dress a special protective peignoir. The beautician removes make-up and rubs the face with a cotton swab. Peeling is done on a slightly moist skin, which is subjected to the action of ultrasound waves. The procedure uses a device ended with a spatula used to move the moistened skin. During the peeling, microscopic bubbles form, which cause the destruction of dead epidermal cells.
What gives a cavitation peeling?
Cavitation peeling, like any other peeling, first of all cleanses the skin. Thanks to it, it is smooth, bright and without irritation. The effects of a successful surgery are much more, here are some of its advantages:
- lightens discolorations;
- reduces scarring;
- regenerates the skin and mimic muscles;
- it sterilizes the skin and fights bacteria that are the main cause of pimples;
- removes dead skin cells;
- accelerates microcirculation;
- helps in the treatment of acne;
- removes toxic substances and cosmetics residues;
- accelerates the penetration and activation of cosmetics deep into the skin;
- prepares the skin for further cosmetic procedures;
- firms the skin;
- deeply moisturizes;
- removes shallow comedones;
- reduces bruising and swelling around the eyes;
- increases the production of collagen and elastin;
- makes the skin look young and fresh.
Cavitation peeling can be carried out once or once every seven days for 5-6 weeks. To maintain the effect of beautiful-looking skin, it is recommended to perform one treatment per month.
The popular method of ear piercing is the Blomdahl Medical Ear Piercing method (commonly referred to as a gun). Forcing the ear in this case consists in placing the petal in a special, small device, which previously provided with a pointed earring pierce the tissue through. The advantages of this method are undoubtedly speed and painlessness, which makes it an ideal solution for ear piercing of children. In addition, the earring in the ear is placed at the time of piercing, which further improves the course of the procedure.
What earrings should I put after piercing?
Immediately after piercing, healing earrings should be placed. The best ones will be those made of non-allergenic metals, such as surgical steel or titanium. A common material is also implantable steel or bioplast. The right jewelry is extremely important in this case because it reduces the risk of infection in a freshly pierced ear. Medical earrings made of the appropriate metal or plastic allow the damaged tissues to regenerate faster, after which you can replace them with any favorite jewelry.
Ear piercing and their proper care

Care of pierced ears is extremely important - by keeping appropriate hygiene rules, you will reduce the risk of infection that could force you to get rid of the desired earrings. Place the ear pierced daily with saline (never with hydrogen peroxide or spirit), and the healing earring should be turned gently to the left and right. Avoid unnecessary touching of pierced places. Also, be prepared that the pierced ear will probably fester or bleed slightly during the first days after the procedure. The contamination should be thoroughly removed with a soaked water stick. You have to be very patient - the earring should remain unchanged for at least 6 weeks, and in the cartilage - 12 weeks.
After the prescribed time has elapsed, the swelling, pain and redness that naturally occurs with the piercing of the ears disappears. In this situation, you can worry about removing your existing earrings and replacing them with others - any, however, if after a few weeks irritation of your ears does not go away, be sure to get medical attention. Note: it is important that even with prolonged swelling, do not remove any medicinal jewelry.
Health contraindications
Unfortunately, there are health reasons that make it impossible to decorate your ears with jewelry. Among them are almost all chronic skin diseases resulting in its inflammation. The person who suffers from haemophilia should also not decide on ear piercing (as the procedure involves breaking the connective tissue), diabetes, epilepsy and people suffering from blood-borne diseases.
The oriental beauty of Muslim women is associated not only with the specificity of Eastern beauty, but also with a unique tradition of nurturing, which in Eastern cultures has an almost religious, ritual dimension. One of the elements of nurturing tradition is the Arabic method of depilation, also known as threading. Fully natural and - as they say - an almost painless technique for centuries allows eastern beauties, among others regulate the shape of expressive, dark eyebrows that further emphasize the mysterious depth of their dark eyes.
Hair removal with eyebrows

Traditionally, delicate threads of pure silk have been used for Arab treatments. With time, however, the noble material replaced cotton, which is now used both in beauty salons and home treatments. The thread should be turned and gripped so that it would be "swiveled" on the skin, "pulled" on the hair and painlessly removed from the surface of the skin. In this way, the hair is pulled out with the onions, so that the effects of Arab hair removal can last up to four weeks. While the regulation of the eyebrows with tweezers requires hair to be pulled out unwanted hair, the threading allows simultaneous, precise removal of even entire lines of both thicker and more delicate hair.
Mustache hair removal
Using the traditional method, Arab women, however, care not only about the shape of their beautiful eyebrows, but also about the smoothness of the entire face. The non-invasive technique is ideally suited to removing the troublesome "mustache" and sometimes appearing on the cheeks and chin of a delicate nap. No need to use additional preparations and cosmetics, eliminates the possibility of irritation, which is often caused by the action of depilatory creams or painful waxing.
Flossing step by step
Before the treatment, cleansed skin should be covered with a thin layer of cosmetic powder or talc, which will also dry and degrease the epilated surface. A 20 cm long thread should be tied in such a way as to create a closed circle, then stretch it on the fingers of your hand, cross it and turn it several times - its shape should resemble an hourglass. The finished tool, sliding smoothly over the surface of the skin, draws the hair between the twisted threads and almost painlessly pulls them out. To prevent possible irritations, which may accompany even such a natural method of depilation, after the treatment it is worth wiping the skin with a delicate disinfectant.
Although epilating with cotton thread may seem like an archaic and ineffective method of removing unnecessary hair, for several years it has been conquering hearts fascinated by the oriental tradition of Western women.
The eyes are the most beautiful decoration, but to make them look even more effective, it's good to help them. Henna is a great way to enjoy a great look and beautiful look without having to change it even for a month.

Henna is a powder of dried lavander leaves that grow mainly in Africa. The dye found in this plant is a natural alternative to chemical paints.
Henna gives a long-lasting effect. The dyeing effect can last up to 4 weeks on the eyelashes, and on the eyebrows for about 2 weeks. When the color fades, the treatment can be repeated, but it must be remembered that it does not take place more often than once a month. Otherwise, eyelashes will become very weak and start to fall out.
Contraindications:
- inflammatory and allergic skin conditions;
- damage or abrasion of the epidermis around the eyebrows;
- diseases and any eye damage (barley, conjunctivitis and even redness);
- freshly depilated eyebrows.
It is an electrotherapy procedure involving the introduction of healing ions into the tissues by means of the electric field strength.

Only chemical compounds that undergo electrolytic dissociation can be used in this procedure.
The ions after penetration into the skin accumulate on the border of the epidermis and dermis near the superficial network of blood vessels, from where they are distributed with the blood stream after the system.
Indications for iontophoresis
- dilated blood vessels;
- rosacea;
- acne;
- flaccidity of the skin;
- muscle flaccidity;
- scars.
Contraindications
- pregnancy, feeding period;
- inflammation of the body (fever);
- metal parts in the body and on the body (jewelry);
- sensitization to galvanic current;
- acne with purulent lesions;
- tumors and conditions after their removal;
- bacterial, viral and fungal diseases of the skin;
- blemishes and break in the skin;
- purulent perineal states;
- purulent almonds;
- the possibility of allergy to the medicines used for the treatment.
Feelings when performing iontophoresis
tingling, needles, metallic taste in the mouth.
Frequency of treatments
- every day or every second day;
- we perform in a series of 10-20 treatments.
Lactic acid has a number of properties that are useful in cosmetics. First of all, it strongly moisturizes and regenerates the skin. Its great advantage is that it can effectively resist UV rays. It is therefore a natural protective filter. Protects the skin against excessive water loss.

What is important - lactic acid used in cosmetics is safe for allergy sufferers. This substance uses antibacterial and cleansing effects. The acid eliminates discoloration, eliminates blackheads. Regularly used helps in the fight against acne and pimples.
Treatments based on 10% lactic acid make the skin delicate, moisturized and smooth. Thanks to them, the skin regains elasticity. The acid is perfectly suitable for keratinous skin - it eliminates and exfoliates superfluous layers of the epidermis.
Microdermabrasion is a method of mechanical exfoliation of the epidermis, layer by layer. It consists of removing the abrasive layers of the skin using a special head containing the hole and a suction pump. The surface of the head is covered with small pieces of diamond. The effect of exfoliation is obtained by abrasive action of the diamond, in turn the task of the pump is to suck in the dead exfoliated epidermis. Thanks to the moderate removal of the upper layers of the epidermis in its basal layer (in the lower layer), intense formation of new, full-value cells takes place, which migrate up replacing the damaged cells.

During the treatment, the intensity of exfoliation is strictly controlled, checked and, above all, selected individually for each client. This is all possible due to the possibility of choosing a suitable diamond head with different gradation - the size of abrasive particles, the pump suction strength and the experience of a beautician. These factors make the procedure completely safe, there is no danger of too deep or uneven exfoliation or scarring. Therefore, you do not have to be afraid of too deep exfoliation if your skin does not need it. It is worth adding that microdermabrasion treatments are painless. If during the treatment you will feel pain, discomfort, do not be afraid to tell your beautician. The treatment aims to exfoliate the skin but also to relax you. At the very beginning of the treatment, you can feel sucking in, then massaging and lightly rubbing the skin, full relaxation is the most desirable.
How does microdermabrasion affect the skin?
After the first treatment, you will notice and feel the positive effects of microdermabrasion. Your skin will be brighter, smooth to the touch, will shine and fresh. The microdermabrasion treatment results in:
- improving the quality of the skin - its structure and color;
- increasing flexibility;
- shallow surface wrinkles;
- removal of sun spots;
- the skin is fresher, younger, regenerated;
- smoothing the skin by eliminating excessive keratosis and dryness of the skin;
- increased absorption of active ingredients from cosmetic preparations;
- stimulation of fibroblasts for the production of collagen and elastin;
- strengthening the defense capabilities of the skin;
- stimulation of microcirculation, which results in better nutrition and oxygenation of skin cells;
- elimination of acne lesions such as: seborrhoea, blackheads, blackberries, reduction of enlarged pores. If you are struggling with seborrhea or you have enlarged pores, one treatment is not enough, after one treatment you will notice differences, but you have to set yourself up for a series of treatments. If you have acne lesions due to hormonal reasons, microdermabrasion alone is not enough, a visit to a dermatologist is necessary.
Who is microdermabrasion for?
You do not have to worry about microdermabrasion treatments are completely safe, you can carry out on all types of skin (from seborrhoea and acne to very sensitive and dry, from white to very tanned, from pale to very bloody) and every part of the body, example the face, neck, neckline, back of the hand or legs. After each microdermabrasion, the improvement of skin condition is more visible. Microdermabrasion perfectly prepares the skin for the absorption of nutrients contained in ampoules, masks and creams, which is why I often recommend it and do it before care treatments: nourishing, regenerating, anti-wrinkle.
Indications for microdermabrasion:
- common acne (follicular, comedic);
- acne scars;
- seborrhea;
- enlarged pores;
- comedones, blackberries;
- scars - microdermabrasion makes the scars shallow;
- discoloration;
- solar damage;
- rough, calloused epidermis;
- stretch marks;
- caudate cornification.
NOTE - if your skin is limp, do not use this procedure, because by extending through the pump there is an additional stretching of the skin. In the case of flaccid skin, it proposes a chemical peel, excellently stimulates cells to regenerate.
What are the advantages of microdermabrasion?
The main advantage of the treatment is its safety, thanks to the controlled depth of abrasion of the epidermis and adaptation to the individual needs of the skin. Additionally:
- the procedure is painless;
- it can be repeated often;
- during the procedure there is no bleeding and skin injury, therefore there is no long healing period;
- it is an alternative for people who do not tolerate chemical peels;
- the effect of fresh, smooth, firmed skin visible after the first treatment.
What are the contraindications for microdermabrasion?
You can not use the treatment if you see disturbing changes on the skin that require treatment from a specialist - dermatologist, such as:
- warts, herpes, infectious mollusca - changes caused by viral infection;
- impetigo impunity, staph stool - these are bacterial infections;
- fungal skin infection;
- acne pustular, phlegmatic;
- rosacea;
- exclamations, erosions (damage to the skin's continuity);
- inflammation of the skin, irritated skin;
- rash, papules, pimples caused by allergies, example by the cosmetic used;
- skin tumors and stenoses;
- cavernous angiomas;
- anti-acne therapy Roaccutan - at least a 3-month break indicated;
- microdermabrasion is not performed in: keloid (kelo) tendencies, on the skin of the eyelids, after facial surgeries (up to 2 months).
It is important to inform the beautician before any surgery about any disturbing suspicious changes.
If you have menstruation, you are pregnant, do not panic, you can do microdermabrasion.
How to prepare for a microdermabrasion treatment?
No special skin treatments for microdermabrasion are required, but for 5 days before the procedure, avoid: chemical depilatory creams, electrolysis, waxing, rough sponges / face cleaning brushes, face scrubs.
The treatment does not require limitation of normal activity - only more sensitive skin may react with slight redness, which disappears after a few hours.
What are the side effects after microdermabrasion?
Your skin may react differently. Thick skin will not respond to shallow exfoliation, but if you have sensitive skin, prone to irritation or you have decided on a deep skin exfoliation, you can meet with:
- tingling, burning, pruritus - do not be afraid of these symptoms quickly disappear;
- persistent erythema (redness of the skin lasting up to 24-48 hours) each day the redness of the skin is less visible. Erythema does not interfere with make-up and active daily activities;
- hypersensitivity of the skin;
- petechiae in people using aspirin or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (lasting 24-72 hours).
How to care for the skin after the microdermabrasion treatment?
After microdermabrasion, avoid tanning for the first 48 hours. Remember the skin after the microdermabrasion treatment is more sensitive to external factors such as: frost, strong wind, sun, preservatives and fragrances contained in creams. If by nature you have sensitive skin, prone to irritation, allergies, dilated capillaries or exfoliation, apply deeply under the SPF cream with 25 SPF, this way you will protect the skin against unwanted discoloration and protect against irritation, and if there is enough sunlight, you fight with discoloration do not hesitate to reach for the cream with a 50 factor filter. If you do not use foundation in case of sensitive skin, I recommend using a cream with SPF 25 filter and loose powder or in stone, create on the skin an occlusion against irritating factors (wind, sun). Avoid bathing in chlorinated water (pools) up to 48 hours after the treatment, they may irritate your sensitive skin. If your skin is often sensitive to sensitization, after microdermabrasion use delicate creams and avoid perfumed creams - they can strongly irritate and even cause sensitization.
How often do you perform microdermabrasion?
If your skin does not cause you problems, you only want to refresh or clean it can be done every 2-3 months. If your skin requires a fight with acne, seborrhea or acne lesions, you should set yourself up for a series of treatments, so you should do the treatment every 2-3 weeks, the cycle includes 5-10 treatments.In rejuvenating - anti-wrinkle treatments, it is worth using microdermabrasion every 3-4 weeks, a cycle of about 5 treatments, I recommend taking 2 sessions a year and for satisfactory results it is worth combining microdermabrasion with a care treatment such as anti-wrinkle. In order to maintain and consolidate the results I recommend the treatment every 4-6 weeks.
Hand and foot treatments are very important for beauty. They allow you to take care of body parts that are extremely easy to see. In order for your hands to be beautiful and your feet look nice in summer sandals, treat your skin care at least from time to time.
Manicure

Careful treatments for hands and nails are often accompanied by a professional manicure. The whole procedure starts with a peeling, thanks to which you can get rid of the exfoliated hand skin. Then a vitamin serum with smoothing and rejuvenating properties is used. Intensive regenerating mask strengthens the epidermis, protects it from damage and supports repair processes. Thanks to hyaluronic acid, the skin is better moisturized and d-panthenol prevents irritation. As a result of these treatments, the hands and nails become properly nourished and smooth. The basic manicure includes hand scrub, removing cuticles, painting nails and massaging the hands of skin care cream.
The novelty is Japanese manicure. This treatment involves rubbing into the nail plate with energetic movements of the paste, after which a layer of powder is applied to the nails. The restoration is performed once every 2-3 weeks. This type of manicure not only strengthens the nail plate, but also gives it a pearly shine, feeds into nutrients, including vitamins A and E, creatine, bee pollen and silica. This type of manicure is recommended for fragile, brittle and split nails. A perfect solution for permanent manicure is light-curing nail polishes in the form of a gel. They allow to obtain a smooth nail surface and are extremely durable. Gels do not affect the structure of the nail plate, and give the impression of perfect smoothness.
Pedicure

Proper foot care allows you to keep their health and aesthetic appearance. Pedicure can be combined with a massage. Delicate aromas of used cosmetics subtly stimulate the senses and bring relaxation. It is good to pre-massage your feet with a salt bath and peeling. After exfoliation of the epidermis, rub the balm with vitamin E, which moisturizes and regenerates the skin. Foot massage makes them light and the body regains internal comfort and balance. The pedicure includes exfoliating the skin of the feet, removing the cuticles and massaging the cream. It is finished with nail painting with colorful varnishes or conditioners.
Buckle on ingrown nails
Ingrown toenails are a common problem that affects people of all ages. The most common cause of this ailment is incorrect care of the nails, including too short trimming.
There are several indications that should lead to the application of a nail clip. The basic signal is the pain that accompanies walking in covered shoes. Cracked or broken fragments of the nail in its upper corners can also contribute to ingrown nails. The clasp should also be decided by people who, after the procedure of breaking the plate, regrowing the nail becomes into the skin again.
The procedure of putting the buckle on an ingrown toenail is quick and painless. After disinfection of the finger or the entire foot, the specialist evaluates the type of ingrown nail and selects the appropriate buckle. Then it measures the shoulder of the buckle and cuts it to the desired length. The specialist applies the buckle and twists it to obtain the length of the tension.
Immediately after applying the clamp on the ingrown toenail, you can function normally. The clamp usually brings instant relief, relieves earlier pain and prevents further ingrown nail.

It is a method that facilitates the penetration of cosmetics by opening channels with the use of electrical potentials and specific types of waveforms. Electric impulses facilitate and intensify the penetration of active ingredients contained in skincare cosmetics.
Devices for needleless mesotherapy use physical phenomena occurring in the cell membranes and in the stratum corneum of the skin, allowing the access of new ways of introducing active preparations without the need to use needles. The treatment is carried out with the use of high voltage unidirectional radio frequency current.
Physical phenomena occurring with the help of ultrasound
- micromassage - due to its mechanical action it creates a certain hypertension in the tissues, it makes the cell membranes become more permeable. Thanks to this, it is easier to excrete metabolic products and to absorb important nutrients by the cells. Cell regeneration is clearly improving. Therefore, the skin and muscular tissue become healthier and much more resilient. Ultrasound affects the increased absorption of cosmetic preparations into the skin. This applies even to multiparticulates that do not penetrate deep into the skin under other conditions.
The combined effect of electroporation and ultrasound, increases the amount, depth and uniformity of introducing active substances into the skin, impossible for other diffusion systems. This method guarantees quick and visible results in the reduction of wrinkles and lines, example nasolabial folds, "crow's feet", in lifting treatments, improving skin tone and structure. This is the only method that gives the opportunity to choose a cocktail of treatments tailored to the client's needs.
Needle free mesotherapy is a safe process, because it does not damage cell membranes, but only allows the introduction of molecules of cosmetic preparations to individual cells.
Thanks to this phenomenon, the molecules of active substances contained in the cosmetics also work after the end of the treatment, which extends its effectiveness (the duration of action will depend on the activity of the preparations themselves, on average it can be assumed 24 - 48 hours).
The influence of mesotherapy on the body
With regard to cellulite and stretch marks, the provision of active nutrients has a positive effect on the clinical condition of the above pathologies. Areas that may be given mesotherapy are: face, neck, neck, hands, abdominal wall, thighs, buttocks and scalp. Treatments applied to areas of excess adipose tissue cause significant differences in volume in places where lipolytic preparations were applied. It provides visible slimming, reduction of cellulite, restores elasticity of connective tissue, deeply regenerates and moisturizes the skin and improves circulation. Needle-free mesotherapy allows you to shape your figure. Thanks to the phenomenon of electroporation, the essential and most active ingredients from properly selected cosmetics can be effectively delivered to the skin. The treatment tones the muscles, stimulates the lymph and increases penetration in the dermis. It stimulates natural cell renewal processes.
Note: If we perform mesotherapy on one day, we do not perform RF on the same day.
Indications for mesotherapy
- anti-wrinkle prophylaxis;
- prevention against signs of aging;
- elimination of cellulite;
- smoothing stretch marks and scars;
- flaccidity of the skin;
- skin firming;
- body shaping;
- stimulation of circulation.
Effects after using needleless mesotherapy:
- rejuvenation of the skin;
- normalization of the epidermis;
- revitalization;
- hydration;
- toning;

- shallow wrinkles;
- lifting;
- reduction of cellulite, adipose tissue and stretch marks;
- firming the bust;
- micromassage of tissues as a result of pressure fluctuations occurring in tissues treated;
- stimulation of tissue metabolism, facilitating the circulation of essential elements and radicals;
- increased permeability of cell membranes, which facilitates deeper penetration of surgical preparations;
- the ability to act directly on the treatment area;
- muscle electrostimulation and improvement of skin trophics;
- local temperature increase, accelerated cell transport.
Contraindications
- metal elements in the body;
- heart diseases;
- pacemaker;
- venous diseases;

- cancer and nodules of unknown origin;
- interrupted skin continuity.
Frequency of treatments
- once a week every week;
- in a series of 5 to 10 treatments.
Otherwise referred to as water-oxygen microdermabrasion, it is a type of mechanical peeling where the exfoliating factor is the stream of dispersed saline droplets applied under the pressure of compressed air using a specially constructed applicator.
This treatment is an effective and at the same time a completely safe method of exfoliating the epidermis that allows it to be carried out in people with capillary, delicate and sensitive skin.

The basic action of the oxybrasion is exfoliation of superficial layers of the epidermis, which stimulates the process of epidermis, i.e. healing of the epidermis. Repeated use of the treatment also affects the dermis, stimulating the synthesis of collagen and elastin fibers. Thanks to this, the skin's elasticity is increased and the surface wrinkles become shallow.
Oxybrase speeds up the removal of blackheads, reduces seborrhea and acts on the anaerobic bacteria that are responsible for the formation of acne. In addition to exfoliation, in the case of oxybrasion, cold therapy is used, which tempers and strengthens the vascular walls. Thanks to this treatment is painless, in contrast to diamond or corundum microdermabrasion.
Indications
- skin capillaries, sensitive, discolored;
- damaged skin;
- anti-wrinkle;
- anti-aging;
- gray, dry skin;
- requiring purification;
- acne skin;
- acne scars;
- cellulite;
- stretch marks;
- lack of skin firmness;
- lack of hydration, nutrition.
Contraindications
- anti-acne therapy with retinoids (wait about half a year after treatment);
- acid treatment (wait min. week);
- interrupted continuity of the epidermis (also after depilation);
- skin infections (viral, bacterial, fungal);
- cancer;
- severe systemic diseases;
- psoriasis in the active phase;
- inflammation of the skin;
- purulent lesions within the skin (should be avoided to prevent the skin from superinfection);
- fresh scars (wait until the wound is completely healed and the scar is no longer painful);
- pregnancy, lactation period;
- hypertension;
- pacemaker;
- herpes;
- diabetics.
Frequency of treatments
- once a week, every week - mixed, seborrheic, acne, wrinkles, blemishes;
- once a week every two weeks - delicate, sensitive, vascular, dry skin;
- twice a week every week - cellulite, stretch marks.
The oxybrasion treatment can also be performed individually to refresh and smooth the skin, or as a cocktail before the big exit.
Eyebrows are a very important element of our face because they give it character. Overexposed eyebrows can cause even the most classic facial features to remain expressionless. So do not complain when we have thick eyebrows, because they are much easier to adjust.
Eyebrows - care

There are several ways by which eyebrows will become denser, and thus their regulation will be much easier. One of these methods is applying a vaseline layer 3-4 times a day on the eyebrow line. Vaseline is a means that will not only nourish and moisturize eyebrows, but will also make them stiff and straight.
A good idea not only to underline, but also to nourish is henna eyebrows. The results can be seen even within a few months. Another effective way to increase the volume of eyebrows is to lubricate them with coconut oil. This method will make eyebrows not only denser, but also grow much faster. A way to dense and expressive eyebrows is also lubrication with castor oil.

It is an intensive rejuvenating and rebuilding the face, neck and cleavage. We use retinol, one of the most effective anti-aging ingredients as well as vitamin C and antioxidant cocktail. Retix C contains retinol stabilized in the hydrogenation process, which means less irritation and better tolerance compared to traditional retinol, used at the same concentration. Retinol is resistant to UV rays, oxidation and high temperatures, and has a prolonged therapeutic effect.
Peeling Retix C stimulates cell renewal, removes dead skin by refreshing and intensively smoothing the skin, the effect is visible after the first treatment.
INDICATIONS: rejuvenating therapy, reducing imperfections, acne and discoloration.
The effect of treatment
- regulation of the epidermal keratosis process;
- reconstruction of collagen fibers, elastin and stimulation of skin cell renewal;
- smoothing, brightening pigmentation spots and reducing skin imperfections;
- thickening and improving skin tension;
- increasing the level of skin hydration;
- protection against photodamage and increasing the natural protective barrier of the skin and thus restoring the proper level of vitamin A.
After completing a part of the procedure, the patient goes home with a retinol mask, which he washes himself after 6-8 hours. After 2-3 days there is intensive redness of the skin and the process of exfoliation begins, which lasts about 3 days (the most convenient treatment is on Wednesday or Thursday, so that the process of exfoliation falls on the weekend).
RECOMMENDATIONS: during the period of treatment and one month after its completion, a cream with a high sunscreen (SPF50 +) should be used.
The aim of the treatment is the introduction of active (medicinal, cosmetic) substances into the deeper layers of the epidermis. These substances (vitamins, peptides) by manual injection, example massage, penetrate to a small extent. On the other hand, those injected with ultrasound cross the barrier of the hydrolipid coat and cell membranes and penetrate the living layers of the epidermis. Sonophoresis causing micromassage improves blood circulation of the epidermis and regeneration of damaged tissues.
We can perform the sonophoresis immediately after the cavitation peeling with the help of the inverted spatula.

Preparation

Directly before waxing, do not apply any creams, balms, oils and other moisturizing or oiling cosmetics. It should be remembered, however, that too dry skin is also dry hair, which can break during the treatment, negatively affecting its effectiveness. Therefore, the optimal solution will be regular moisturizing of the skin for several days / weeks before the procedure.
The same principle applies to exposure to the sun and the use of tanning beds. Before the surgery, you should give up tanning. It is also worth taking care of the proper exfoliation of the epidermis, preferably the day before the planned epilation. A good scrub will allow the hairs to get out from beneath the skin, so they can be removed. You should also remember to maintain proper hygiene, especially when removing hair from the bikini area.
Length of hairs
Removed hair should have a length of 0.5 cm to 1 cm depending on the part of the body (for hair in the bikini area it should be 0.5 cm, and on the legs - 1 cm). This length allows you to obtain fully satisfactory results from the procedure. Too short hair may not be removed, and too long will affect the comfort during the treatment. It is worth checking the length of hairs so that you can enjoy the perfect effect - smooth skin for a few weeks.
Contraindications
Generally speaking, waxing can be surreptitious, however, there are some contraindications for people with specific diseases and illnesses. Among them are:
- phlebitis;
- varicose veins;
- purulent and inflammatory skin conditions;
- skin changes, skin diseases;
- zaawansowana ciąża;

After the surgery - what to avoid?
Immediately after depilation, wax should not be used for sunbathing, solarium, sauna, swimming pool and gym. Sun rays, cuticles, bacteria, germs - these factors can cause discomfort, irritation and inflammation of the hair follicle.
Cosmetics - before and after waxing?
The day before the procedure, it is worth to perform a peeling, which will allow you to remove the dead skin and solve the problem of ingrown hairs. After the treatment, you should not use cosmetics containing alcohol, and it is worth to put on soothing, moisturizing and slowing hair regrowth products.
